I was re-reading stuff when I updated the site, and I decided to rewrite #6. I like the general concept still, but I wanted to try it with older characters. And a grayer perspective. And in 3rd person. Some of the basic elements are the same, some of the names are different, some of the extraneous characters have been pared out. The reversion part of the plot was axed, though. I’ve done that a couple times, and it’s never really worked well. So I’m about 18 pages into the rewrite. Parts of it feel a little rushed, but hopefully I’ll remember to try to slow it down a little when I get around to typing it. Probably one of those things where I have too much in my head I’m trying to get out.
